How can I be thankful?

Every day thankfulness is beneficial for your health. You can simply acknowledge things to be thankful for each day. Some people find journaling helpful – writing down 3 things to be thankful for each day.
You might be thankful for friendships or relationships, health, home, good food, achievements, things that went well, weather, finding something that was lost, something that didn’t happen – they may be small things or big things. Try being thankful – I’d love to hear what a difference it makes for you.
