How can I improve my self-esteem?

Don’t listen to that negative self-talk – you wouldn’t say it to a friend so why do you say it to yourself. Challenge negativities with positive thoughts – recognising what you are good at, being kind, saying no and taking on challenges.
Spend more time with people who love you. This will help you to feel good and challenge your negative thinking. Talk about your feelings.
Set yourself a challenge – a hobby, class, volunteering, achieving a goal – small or big.
Celebrate your successes, accept compliments, write a list of what you like about yourself
Take care of your general well-being – sleep, eating, moving, stress, addictions.
