Wearing lots of layers enables you to regulate your temperature more easily. Keep moving instead of holding yourself tight and tense. Once you have opportunity to warm up relax your muscles and keep moving.

Try not to hold yourself tense to avoid pain. Keep moving and active as much as possible. Using heat may help to relax the muscles. The pain may go off in a few hours or a couple of days.
