Just\n like we need to take care of our physical wellbeing through eating well\n and exercising it is also important to take care of your mental \nwellbeing. What can you do to help your mental health today? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Talk to someone \u2013 sharing your feelings is a really important part of maintaining your mental wellbeing <\/li>
  2. Exercise\n \u2013 We know that exercise helps to maintain your mental health by \nimproving your self-esteem and keeping your body and brain functioning \nwell. <\/li>
  3. Eat well \u2013 good nutrition helps your brain to function well <\/li>
  4. Communicate \u2013 catch up with friends, don\u2019t retreat into isolation <\/li>
  5. Take\n time to relax \u2013 everyone needs a break, some time out. Just 5 minutes \nto relax can make all the difference, maybe it is time to book a day off\n or a holiday <\/li>
  6. Spend time on a hobby or  interest \u2013 enjoying yourself is good for your wellbeing <\/li>
  7. Care\n for others \u2013 reach out to friends in need \u2013 two-way support is so \nimportant. You can provide the listening ear for someone else.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
