Illness is usually when you have a <\/span>particular condition<\/span> that is affecting the normal functioning of your body. This could be an infection or disease that stops your body and mind from working normally.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes you can simply feel unwell. There is not an identifiable disease or <\/span>illness<\/span> but you know that your body is not working at <\/span>it\u2019s<\/span> optimum. Maybe there is a nutritional imbalance, emotional imbalance or hormonal balance that is making you feel different symptoms. Nothing that you need to visit the doctor for but something you would like to improve.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
