It is not possible to get relief.<\/li>\n<li>Pain that wakes you up at night and keeps you awake.<\/li>\n<li>Waking up in the night with excessive sweating &#8211; usually wringing wet bed clothes.<\/li>\n<li>Recent unexplained weight loss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any of these symptoms seek medical advice.<\/p>\n<p>There are many reasons for severe low back pain, if you are concerned you should see your GP, osteopath, physiotherapist or chiropractor all of whom are trained to look for serious causes of low back pain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s rare.
