Pain makes everything take more effort. Your muscles are often working harder – under more tension or spasming. You have to think a lot more about how you are going to do things – putting your socks on, getting up and down from sitting, lifting – these automated subconscious activities become conscious. Your brain is working hard planning movement, processing the pain and protecting you from harm.<\/p>\n
Pain often affects sleep so you may not be getting a good quality night of sleep which will contribute to your tiredness.<\/p>\n
