So many of us feel stressed with busy lives and at the point of overwhelm. There are things you can do to relieve some of that stress. Stress is inevitable in life but you can change your resilience to stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exercise or physical activity is fantastic for stress relief. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may need to build your self-esteem. Challenge negative\nthoughts, focus on positive thoughts about yourself and others. Challenge\nyourself to achieve goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have too much on your plate or you feeling overwhelmed you either need to get a bigger plate or take some things off it. This means either building your resilience through adding in more positive health behaviours or re-evaluating what you are trying to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do something you enjoy \u2013 something that makes you laugh or\nfeel happy, a hobby, enjoy your friends, partner or family – just stop and\nrelax even if it is for just 10 minutes in a day \u2013 it will make a difference<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work on improving your health and well-being \u2013 exercise,\nnutrition, sleep, social well-being, relationships, have a meaning and purpose,\nmaintain your mental health.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
