Can I be stress free?
Life is stressful. No-one can be stress-free. You can however manage your stress levels and improve your resilience so you can cope when stressful events come along. Stress can be positive. You need to feel stress when you want to raise your performance for example in an interview, giving a presentation or taking part in a competition. Normally your stress levels temporarily raise and then recover during or after the event. Too much stress or ongoing stress leads to feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope.
